What is your policy on potentially offensive material?

New Life Creations reserves the right to decline any work orders containing, as determined by our company, potentially offensive and/or inappropriate material.  This includes, but is not limited to, wording and graphics that contain inappropriate language, violence, or pornographic references.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because we deal with personalized products, all sales are considered final.

Do you design logos?

Do understand that New Life Creations is not a graphics design company.  However, we would be more than happy to work with you on the design of your logo.  Just contact us with your ideas.

Once you have approved the design and we have received your payment, we will begin to process your order.   

* Please be aware that New Life Creations reserves the right to decline any designs or logos that may be considered, by our company, offensive or inappropriate.

Once you receive my logo, how long does it take to complete my order?

Upon receipt of your payment, we will begin to process your order.  It usually takes 3 to 5 weeks to complete orders.  However, during busy holiday seasons, the completion time could range from 5 to 7 weeks.

* Please note that orders settled by personal check will require an additional 1 to 2 weeks of processing time.

What cost are included in my order?

The cost of your order consists of the total price of each item ordered, tax (IL residents only) and shipping & handling.

How do you determine shipping cost?

The shipping cost of your order is determined by the quantity and total weight of the products ordered.  

Keep in mind that we desire to provide you with good quality products at good prices.  This also applies to the shipping and handling of your order.  We will make every effort to ensure the most affordable and efficient shipping method available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks.  However, orders settled by personal check will require an additional 1 to 2 weeks of processing time.

My order was damaged during shipping.  Now what?

If you receive products that were damaged during shipping, simply Contact Us within 7 business days of receipt of your order to inform us about the damaged products. 

After 7 business days, we will be unable to accommodate any product exchanges.
